Max's fitness competition goes above and beyond

Max's Muscle Up Challenge, the 12-week fitness competition from Max's, has wrapped up and a winner was announced on Friday 15 July - congratulations, John Delinac!

The competition was a huge success for Max's, which originally hoped for about 200 entries and instead saw 565 participants register at the Max Challenge website to track their progress and share their fitness plans, including the Max's products they used in their fitness regime. By the end, 130 men and women finished the competition and over 5000 votes were cast.

Max's online competition and their other online efforts demonstrate how cross-channel engagement with Max's customers and fans can be used to successfully promote its products, its website and the organisation itself. With their Muscle TV bodybuilding show, Max's website and the Max Challenge website where users post updates, diet info, exercise regimes and video, Max's has taken advantage of the offline experiences of their customers and put them on the web. Check out Max's multiple online channels (and all the hard work the participants put into the Max Challenge competition!)
