bwired Helps Grinders Reach Coffee Aficionados Nationwide

Grinders Coffee and bwired Group have joined forces to develop Grinders' online strategy for 2010, with the aim of increasing sales and brand awareness nationwide.

bwired developed Grinders' first website in 2007 with a view to establish their online presence and enable suppliers to purchase via the website. The online component of the business has since grown dramatically, and the company will now become accessible to a variety of new customer segments via a range of dedicated online portals.

Coffee aficionados, commercial accounts, grocers, distributors and staff nationwide will be able to access information and purchase an expanded range of Grinders products and services through the new website portals. The new website will also feature a range of interactive elements aimed at engaging the online community surrounding the brand, including polls and events that allow customer segments to provide feedback and engage with Grinders staff; as well as prominent links to major sponsors and national accounts.

Sam Saltis, Managing Director of bwired said that the comprehensive online strategy would support every aspect of the business offline; creating added value for customer segments while providing new opportunities to enhance marketing communications and improve operational efficiency. "Grinders will be able to tailor content and campaigns for individual markets and enable around the clock order processing," said Saltis.
