ACMA Report Illustrates Online Retail Opportunities in Australia
ACMA recently released a report outlining the eCommerce marketplace in Australia. This research has some significant implications for Aussie retailers that may be thinking about entering the online space.
As more consumers shop online from both domestic and international stores (and it's not just because of the price - the cost isn't even the most common reason to shop online for Aussies) businesses are "seeking to develop online channels to complement offline shop-front services."
