Get behind Whitelion Bailout

What a great charity we are involved in Whitelion Bailout -

The Sydney Bail Out held at Yasmar Juvenile Justice Facility last Friday 11 May was a huge success with over 60 inmates being locked up (and released!) who raised over $90,000 in bail - and still rising!

Some highlights were:

-  Grant Denyer from Channel 7's sunrise televising live from the cells on the morning of the event
-  Toll and All State Cranes transporting the Cell Block to Yasmar Juvenile Detention Centre via crane
-  A couple of the Toll team members (who will remain nameless) sneaking out during the night to top up supplies. They were very lucky to be released the next morning, although bribing the prison guards did help.

There is not long left until our Melbourne inmates and Tassie Convicts are locked up at the Old Melbourne Gaol for Bail Out 2012. Limited inmate places are still available to be locked up - click here to register now.

If you haven't committed a crime, but still want to be involved in the Bail Out experience? Attend the Melbourne Parole Party on Friday May 25 from 7pm – midnight to witness the Inmate Release, plus rocking live music, buskers and street performers, grungle style street food, urban 'cocktails' and beverages, street art demonstration by AWOL crew, mug shots, tattoos and card games. Tickets are $99. For more info and to purchase tickets click here
