Performance Improvement Strategies - a point worth proving
As a career business developer, you might expect an optimistic viewpoint, even the odd bit of big talk from me. I'll admit it - I'm not your average wall flower. So maybe you'll believe me, or maybe you won't, when I say that more than 3000 people read this blog every month. I'm delighted, flattered and a bit proud. I'm not joking.
Whilst talking Is something I enjoy online and in person, there's also another reason for blogging. And it's all business. The business of search.
So, how exactly do Performance Improvement Strategies fit in?
Consider it a live case study. Sue Jackson from Solterbeck (a long time client of ours - click here for her bio) is speaking at the 2009 HR Summit in Sydney next month - Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, April 1-2 2009. Right now, we're working with Solterbeck to increase their exposure on organic search.
What Solterbeck does is in high demand at the moment. Tough times and job losses have shot performance improvement strategies to the top of executive to-do lists everywhere. The trick is getting found at the right time, by the right people and by the right words. This blog will produce a result.
Getting back to Sue's presentation... If performance improvement strategies are what you need, Sue's presentation will cover:
o Latest trends in performance improvement: what's working in the current environment?
o 'Right-sizing': what's right for your workforce?
o Skilling-up line managers to reach performance goals
o How to upgrade and revitalise your existing systems and ideas
o How the 2009 economic outlook is affecting performance strategies
o Continual performance improvement as an HR strategy
o If you need further details take a look at www.solterbeck.com or contact Paul Lineham
If you're intrigued, or just confused, and want to know what on earth I'm on about. Let's talk about how thinking outside the square can improve your rankings. Seriously.
Watch this space for the update (and feel free to help me prove my point by visiting Solterbeck's site http://www.solterbeck.com/)
