Hi Campbell, thank you for offer to help your clients with solving a buisness probelm through the web. I am the Director of a Financial Services Recruitment firm and what do gain knowledge on how I can get candidates to engage with my website, apart from only coming on for seeking jobs - ie how do I make them more sticky? We are in a candidate-driven market, and I need access to more candidates to fulfil on my business needs, and help more people, pro-acitvely in their careers - so what can you suggest that is going to position Spectrum as a leader in candidate care and building long-term candidate relationships.

More than happy to help with some suggestions for you to create a more dynamic website to assist relationships with prospective candidates.

One way is to give the candidates more reasons why they need to use your website as a resource not only for finding jobs but things like CV writing.

How do these candidates use your website for CVs now? We all know how important they are to assist you in getting the interview so maybe a website questionnaire that allows you (the expert), to ask them all the questions they need to cover off a fantastic CV and after registering with your website they will be able to retrieve the results. Once registered you can stay in touch with these visitors. By personalising your website content to match their registration you are creating a relationship with them. Once a visitor receiving content that is relevant to their interests they become sticky.
